		<description>Is there a statute of limitation on this sort of theft situation? The thief&#039;s lawyer refused to communicate with me or my lawyer, other than to say he represents her. Since she is in New Jersey and I am in Toronto Canada, nothing has since come of the situation.

It is apparent that the governing bodies in real estate, in both countries, have no rules in place to address this sort of situation, either. It becomes a civil matter.

It appeared that no one in the legal community knew how to handle international theft; meant to just ignore it - thinking it was not an issue? Perhaps Read:
