Polly L. Oliver

Of Counsel, a licensed patent attorney, admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Oliver represents a wide spectrum of independent inventors and start-up companies with mechanical and electronic inventions. In addition to patent, trademark, and technology licensing services, Ms. Oliver offers a full spectrum of business law services. Ms. Oliver annually chairs at least one seminar in intellectual property for the King County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education committee and also is an adjunct professor at Highline Community College, where she offers classes in business law and intellectual property.

Ms. Oliver holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Ms. Oliver is admitted to the State Bar of Washington and is registered to practice before the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Oliver is also admitted to practice before the United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington. Ms. Oliver’s professional affiliations include: the King County Bar Association and the Washington State Patent Lawyers’ Association.
